A couple of weeks ago I was so blessed to photograph Samantha and Roland's Wedding. It was so awesome; these two people are everything that love should be. Their ceremony was full of love and God and their reception was full of family, friends, and fun. It was a great day with great people.
I was privelaged to shoot at the Addison Park, which is an absolutely GORGEOUS venue in Keyport, NJ if anyone is looking. It really made for outstandingly amazing pictures. The only tricky thing was that the wedding was mid-day during the summer which meant the exposures were a little tough. You want to make sure everything has proper lighting, but that you're bride's white gown doesn't lose all it's detail in the very bright sun's reflection. I am fortunate enough to have been raised up through the years (photographically speaking) by my father and his shooting techniques, which pay VERY close attension to these types of details and have learned more than a few ways to avoid this problem. (Thanks Dad!)
The end result was breathtaking. It was the ultimate combination of an adoring couple, beautiful venue, and great photography (if I don't say so myself ;-P)
