Most likely you've never had to put this much thought into just one day before and it can seem like a daunting task. While all weddings are different, most break down into 4 main pieces, Getting Ready, Ceremony, Pictures, Reception. Your wedding may need more or less time on any one part, but in general we have found the following schedules work great.

Getting Ready, 1-2 hours
Ceremony, 30 minutes-1 hour
Pictures, 1-2 hours (First Looks occur before the ceremony.)
Reception, 4 hours (This does not include cocktail hour.)

Say what you will about Facebook, but it has been so great for keeping in touch with old friends from high school! I grew up in a typical small New Jersey town where everyone knows everyone and at the end of the day we all take care of each other. Then we grow up, move out of town, get married, have kids, and it's hard to stay close; that why social media has been awesome! OH.MY.GOODNESS! I was BLOWN AWAY with how beautiful the Metropolitan Room at the Newark Club was! This was nothing but gorgeousness, high class, and beauty all the way. Even the walk from the parking deck to the hall was amazing, crossing the "Sky Bridge" near Seaton Hall Law School. I can't say enough about this venue and Justin and Fatima were just too cute together; a musical match made in heaven with Justin who plays the trumpet in the military and Fatima who is a dancer! I hope you enjoy these images as much as I did taking them.

So......OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!! I am IN LOVE with the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ. It is just AMAZING and the perfect setting for this Cinderella wedding. Krista and Joe are so much fun and you just feel like you've been friends with them forever. Krista picked this venue (and yours truly) because it was so beautiful and new she wanted a lot of gorgeous images. Well Pleasantdale did not let us down, from the indoor secret garden, roman style pool, billiards room, library, and just pretty much it's over castle like setting it was pure perfection.
